Job Description
KHAN KON CHI CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Officer to join our team. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, enrolling new employees into corporate systems, and ensuring requirements are met for each new applicant.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration, with 1 year of recruiting experience. Preference will be given to candidates from the Buhangin, Davao City area.
Salary: Php13,500.00 – Php14,00.00 per month; Full-time position with an 8-hour day shift.
