Job Description
SGS CAREERS – PH is looking for a dedicated Gaming Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and logging calls using established scripts and procedures. The role involves guiding lower-level employees, communicating expert services to clients, and ensuring a timely completion of tasks.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php26,00.00. Benefits include flexible scheduling, health insurance, paid training, and opportunities for promotion. The work schedule consists of an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with potential weekend work.
