Job Description
Caldwell Communications is actively seeking candidates to join our team in the role of Online Hotel Booking Chat/Email Support Specialist. This position entails communicating with customers via phone and written correspondence to address their concerns effectively. You will resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible and align customer demands with our clients’ products and services.
