Bonafide Trainology Placement Services is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include conducting training, organizing company events, and performing Training Needs Analysis. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Experience in a manufacturing setup and familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
This is a full-time position located at Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna, Inc.
