Job Description
The Carmelray Group is seeking a dedicated Village Administrator to oversee daily maintenance activities within the community. Key responsibilities include supervising various maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with construction rules, and facilitating homeowner orientations.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and ideally possess at least one year of experience in construction management and village management. You will interact closely with homeowners and manage rental occupancy.
This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health and life insurance, on-site parking, and paid training. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with an 8-hour shift.
