Job Description
We are a dynamic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our expanding team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical and healthcare, with expertise in credentialing, prior authorizations, billing, claims, and benefits.
Requirements: Proven experience managing teams, expertise in Quality Assurance and Training processes, call center management experience, excellent English communication skills, and 5+ years of Customer Support experience.
Responsibilities: Coordinate customer service teams, provide direct support, resolve escalations, and conduct team performance evaluations. Collaborate with the QA team and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
