Job Responsibilities:
1. Resolve product issues, meet customer needs, and ensure satisfaction.
2. Manage customer communication via calls, chat, and emails.
3. Process customer order requests per guidelines.
4. Collaborate with team members to build trust through communication.
Job Specifications:
- 2+ years in telemarketing/sales.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with CRM software preferred.
- Flexibility in schedule.

Location: Alabang (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH, Night Shift)
