Job Description
We are HRTX Consulting, seeking a passionate and skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will source candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and networking. You will screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial phone interviews to assess their suitability for various positions.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Amendable to work onsite in Makati.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php18,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift.
