Job Description
Tanduay Distillers, Inc. – Cabuyao Plant is seeking a dedicated Organizational Development Specialist to enhance our Employees’ Operational Excellence Training records.
Your role will include managing training records, coordinating schedules, and preparing materials. You will assist the OpEx manager and conduct training courses for our employees.
This full-time position offers paid training, an 8-hour shift, a 13th month salary, and a yearly bonus. Applicants must be able to commute or relocate to Cabuyao City, Laguna by 05/16/2025.
