The Reservation Officer is responsible for managing all guest reservations, ensuring smooth booking processes, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires keen attention to detail and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle reservation requests via various channels.
• Maintain accurate records of all reservations.
• Confirm bookings and provide essential information.
• Coordinate with departments for proper arrangements.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate; hospitality education is a plus.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php600.00 – Php700.00 per day
