Job Description
CafeFrance Corp. is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, collaborating with department managers, and developing effective recruitment strategies.
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management and have at least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the food industry. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and strong communication skills are essential.
This is a full-time position based in Manila, offering a salary of Php23,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month, along with health insurance and employee discounts.
