Job Description
Join the team at Maganda Hotel in San Fernando as a Supervisor! We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the following responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections of all check-out and occupied rooms.
- Report and resolve maintenance defects or other issues.
- Inspect service areas, store rooms, and corridors regularly.
- Schedule and supervise deep cleaning projects.
- Manage and train Room Attendants to ensure high-performance standards.
Requirements: Preferred 2 years of experience as a hotel supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php650.00 per day
Benefits: Paid training, 13th month salary, overtime pay, and tips.
