Job Description
Sercomm Philippines Inc. is seeking a qualified Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. If you are a graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Psychology, or any equivalent related course, we encourage you to apply.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience with Payroll System and eGov System.
- Knowledge of national labor regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits process.
Job Description:
- Compute and submit payroll, including analyzing time-keeping and leave data.
- Process Government Statutory benefits.
- Manage shift changes and record overtime hours.
Job Type: Full-time, 8-hour shift.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- No Criminal Record
- Good Communication Skills
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
