Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Supervisor to manage the operations and staff of our assigned stores, ensuring sales quotas are met for each brand.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategies to meet targets.
- Analyze and address issues affecting sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate merchandise requests.
- Conduct daily motivational talks with staff.
- Prepare sales reports.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 3 years retail experience, strong communication and management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00/month
