Job Description
Job Summary: Oversee operations and manage manpower for the assigned store, ensuring sales quotas are met.
Job Description:
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Analyze and resolve sales-related issues.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with brand personnel for stock movement.
- Manage daily sales operations and pep talks.
- Prepare sales reports.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in retail sales, strong analytical skills.
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00/month
