Job Description
CXC Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Data Operations Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in maintaining clean, accurate, and reliable customer account data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merge, delete, and clean account data using CRM tools.
- Upload and maintain validated account data using Salesforce Data Loader.
- Collaborate with leaders to track project status and report on data health initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 2+ years experience in relevant fields.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
Job Type: Full-time, 6-month contract
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
