Job Description
APEX MANNING INC. is seeking an organized and communicative HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruitment and staffing, employee relations, HR operations, policy compliance, and performance management.
Your key responsibilities include posting job openings, conducting interviews, and supporting employee onboarding. You will also maintain employee records, assist in payroll preparation, and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 1 year of HR experience preferred. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
