Job Description
Join Joyce & Diana Worldwide Inc. as a Recruitment Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying hiring needs, developing job descriptions, and collaborating with department managers to attract suitable candidates. You’ll conduct interviews, assess applicants’ qualifications, and manage paperwork for new hires.
This position offers a full-time schedule with a monthly salary of Php14,500.00 – Php15,00.00, along with benefits including employee discounts, opportunities for promotion, and transition to permanent employee status. Enjoy an 8-hour shift, complimentary 13th month salary, and overtime pay.
Preferred language: English. Work location is in-person.
