Job Description

DSG Sons Group Inc, located in Davao, is seeking a full-time on-site Human Resources Manager. This role involves supporting the Group HR Manager in managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. The HR Manager will function as a business partner to unit heads, drive HR strategies, and lead the HR team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications: Candidates should have proven experience in HR management, a solid understanding of labor laws, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience.

This position offers a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, along with a 13th month salary and performance bonuses.
