Job Description
Join Datamatics Philippines as a Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will be responsible for answering all inbound calls, chats, and emails within service level agreements (SLA). Familiarity with Gladly or ticketing systems like Zendesk, SAP, or Shopify is preferred. You must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month

Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Experience: 1 year as a Customer Service Representative (required).
