Job Description
Biosite Medical Instruments, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our Vice-President. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and be proficient in Excel, Docs, and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
Key responsibilities include managing the VP’s calendar, organizing files, handling travel arrangements, and liaising with clients. A background in visa processing and flight booking is required.
This is a full-time position with benefits. Candidates must be willing to travel 100% and can start ASAP.
