Job Description
Afni, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team at the SM Sta. Rosa Laguna site. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding recruitment demands, conducting in-depth interviews, and managing job offer contracts. You’ll also contribute to creating strategic hiring plans to attract top talent.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year of recruitment experience in a BPO setting, and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent English communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who can multitask effectively and adapt to changes.
