Position Title: Human Resource Manager
Work Setup: Onsite | Monday to Friday
Location: Laguna
Salary Range: PHP 100,00 – PHP 130,00
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager with a strong focus on labor unions. You will lead HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, while handling labor union negotiations and disputes. A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is required, along with 8-10 years of HR experience in FMCG, pharma, or manufacturing industries. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and excellent communication skills are essential.
