Job Description

Kopiko Philippines Corporation is seeking a dedicated Human Resources and General Affairs Assistant to manage employee administration processes related to general affairs. The ideal candidate should have experience in a pioneering team at one of the largest FMCG groups.

Main responsibilities include supporting talent acquisition, managing general affairs, verifying timekeeping, processing locker assignments, and coordinating with third-party providers. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Management, or related fields, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Proficiency in MS Excel and good communication skills in English are essential. This is a temporary position located in Canlubang, Laguna.
