Job Description
MEC Networks Corporation is seeking a dedicated Technical Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will manage incidents related to Maintenance Agreements, ensuring timely resolution of cases. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, possess customer service experience, and have excellent communication skills in English.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 monthly, including benefits like a 13th month salary.
