Job Description
Role Purpose: Responsible for providing timely, accurate, and effective information, support, and administration of HR functions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives.
- Process documentation and prepare reports related to employee activities.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Maintain personnel records for timely evaluations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by supplying necessary data.
Skills Required:
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
