Job Description
Robinsons Appliances Corporation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our stores in achieving sales profitability targets. This role is responsible for overall operations, focusing on inventory management, policy compliance, people management, and exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strategies for promotional and seasonal events
- Conducting spot audits of processes and financial matters
- Participating in skill assessments and setting performance objectives
- Recommending strategies aligned with management and business objectives
