Job Description
We are mass hiring Collections Specialists across our Metro Manila sites! Earn Up to 28K Monthly + a 30K Sign-On Bonus. No BPO experience is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services and billing.
- Resolve customer complaints related to healthcare and insurance claims.
- Enter and update patient information in our management system.
- Communicate updates on policies and insurance plans to clients.
