Job Description
Mary Grace Foods, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Admin to ensure timely and efficient handling of requests from multiple stakeholders and clients. You will collaborate with internal partners to facilitate service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide product/services information and resolve queries.
- Perform troubleshooting and investigate incidents.
- Build sustainable relationships with internal clients.
- Handle client complaints and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain records and adhere to policies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 2-3 years in customer service, MS Office proficiency, strong multitasking skills, and flexibility for shifts.
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php19,00.00 per month with benefits.
