The role involves ensuring compliance with Food, Safety, and Cleanliness Programs, overseeing daily operations for both Dine-In and Take-Home Sales Services, and providing leadership support to the Restaurant Manager. Candidates will assess operational opportunities, manage store workforce, and ensure business activities are efficiently executed.
