Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Property Management Officer to join our team at Hausland Estate Management Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating non-food item (NFI) processes, conducting site inspections, managing project site reports, and ensuring coordination with developers. You will enforce project regulations, supervise maintenance and security teams, and handle communications regarding unit concerns.
This is a full-time position offering benefits such as paid training, pay raises, and supplemental pay including a 13th month salary and overtime pay. The work schedule consists of an 8-hour shift, and the work location is in person.
