Job Description
Join Telesys Connect Services (TCS) as an Insurance Account Representative, the first point of contact for customers inquiring about insurance services. Provide excellent service and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications: High school diploma, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience in customer service is a plus. Shift work required.
