Job Description
Alsons Development and Investment Corporation is seeking a dedicated Compensation and Benefits Specialist. The ideal candidate will hold a BS in Human Resources and have at least two years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, including payroll preparation.
Essential skills include knowledge of HRIS, high emotional quotient, excellent communication, and leadership abilities. Proficiency in computer applications is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Work Location: In person
