- Manage mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Lead maintenance for air conditioning.
- Utilize plumbing, welding, carpentry, and painting for maintenance.
- Follow Occupational Health & Safety guidelines.
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently.
What You’ll Bring:
- 6 years of experience in Building Operations & Maintenance.
- Relevant NC II Certificates.
