Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems will be vital.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform maintenance on various building systems (MEPF).
• Lead air conditioning operations ensuring optimal performance.
• Utilize skills in plumbing, welding, carpentry, and more for maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to Occupational Health & Safety guidelines.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve building issues.

Qualifications: 10+ years of relevant experience, NC II certification, and strong problem-solving skills.
