Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager for our Heart Failure Business at Abbott. In this role, you will supervise contact center operations and lead a team of customer service officers to provide exceptional after-sales support.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree and has at least 10 years of experience in Learning and Development, including TNA/gap analysis. Strong communication skills and a healthcare or medical devices background are preferred.
