Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Excellence Specialist to join our team at Abbott. The ideal candidate will focus on process standardization, improvement, and continuous enhancement initiatives. This is a night shift role with no remote work options.
Key Responsibilities: Lead process standardization projects, identify improvement opportunities, drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, and provide training on best practices.
Qualifications: College degree (preferably in Engineering), Green Belt certification, proven experience in process improvement, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
