Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Work Time:
- Weekdays only, enjoy your weekends off.
What You Need:
- Friendly personality with good communication skills.
- Basic computer and phone usage knowledge.
- Filipino citizen or relevant residence status.
- High school, college, or vocational diploma.
Salary and Benefits:
- Full-time position with a monthly salary of Php18,00.00 – Php27,00.00.
