Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated E-commerce Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Teleservices Jobs Pro. In this role, you will promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about our products and services. You will also resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
No experience required; training provided! Working hours are weekdays only, with weekends off. Excellent verbal communication skills and a diploma (HS, College, or Vocational) are necessary.
