Job Description
Aboitiz Construction, Inc. is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to manage and oversee maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will report on project statuses, plans, and issues, coordinating with Supervisors and Foremen on activities and material distributions. Responsibilities include controlling maintenance works, assessing plant capacity, and formulating maintenance programs.
Qualifications include a degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred), TESDA Certification in a related field, and 3-5 years of supervisory experience. Strong planning, computer literacy, and communication skills are essential. The candidate must be willing to travel and relocate as needed.
Job Type: Full-time | Experience: 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
