Westlake Medical Center is seeking qualified candidates for the position of OPD Staff. We are looking for individuals with a college education, preferably in Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and hospital experience is a plus. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective negotiation abilities.
Key responsibilities include assessing and evaluating patient needs while applying critical thinking skills. Candidates must be computer literate, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of customer service principles, and strong organizational skills are essential for this role.
