Job Description
BPOCaldwell Insights is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Encoder to join our growing team. We offer an industry-leading benefits package that includes a competitive salary of Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 monthly, 13th month pay, HMO with 3 free beneficiaries from Day One, and many more.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to clients via phone.
- Check and respond to mail, fax, and internet correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address their concerns.
Candidates should have excellent English communication skills and be willing to work on-site. No experience is required for college graduates; BPO experience is a plus.
Requirements

- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
