Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at Accenture. The CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support that aligns with our work scope and service level requirements. This role includes ensuring call quality standards are met while addressing and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.
