Job Description
Greenfield Development Corporation, one of the Philippines’s most diversified real estate companies, is seeking a Leasing Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through various channels, managing client inquiries, and conducting presentations. You will also negotiate lease terms, collaborate with internal teams, and oversee client management.
Minimum qualifications include a degree in a business-related field and at least 5 years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service, preferably within a commercial leasing management company. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
