Job Description
Main Purpose of Job:
Manage the OOH Channel in the assigned area to achieve sustainable and profitable growth with key customers at Nestlé.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the HORECA Multi-Channel Business and achieve sales targets by identifying business opportunities.
- Create and execute Customer Growth Plans for priority “Win and Protect” customers based on growth metrics.
- Win and protect accounts using the Regional Key Accounts Partnership Scheme (RKAPS).
- Drive the development of Distributor Salesmen through training and coaching.
- Facilitate operations reviews with the HORECA team, address issues, and lead specific action plans.
