Job Description
We are looking for a driven individual to join our Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee, located in Manila, Philippines. As a Crossborder Scommerce Vendor Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with delivery schedules, managing inventory, and resolving operational issues such as incorrect deliveries and buyer escalations. Your responsibilities include monitoring returns, coordinating with internal teams for payment reconciliations, and representing Vendor Operations in Crossborder meetings.
A College Degree and experience in warehouse operations are required. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
