Job Description
SUMISHO MOTOR FINANCE CORPORATION is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s or College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Marketing, or related fields. A minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service is required.
The role involves managing customer inquiries through inbound calls, SMS, and emails. Responsibilities include assisting customers with loan balances, handling complaints, and executing tele-sales functions.
This is a full-time, permanent position with an 8-hour shift.
