Job Description
Montrelec Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to support our HR Department Head. In this role, you will assist with employee attendance, validate HR forms, organize records, and help with timekeeping and benefits coordination. You’ll be actively involved in employee engagement activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or a related field
- Experience in HR or administrative work is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Confidentiality is a must
We offer competitive pay of Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month, alongside benefits such as health insurance and opportunities for promotion.
