Job Overview:

The encoder is responsible for accurately and efficiently converting data from one format to another. This may involve entering data into computer systems, updating records, and ensuring the integrity and security of the information being processed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data into designated databases, systems, or software programs.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries.
• Maintain data integrity and security protocols.
• Identify and correct errors in data entry, if any.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient data processing.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding data handling and confidentiality.
• Generate reports and summaries as required.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in data entry or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in typing and data entry skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
