Job Description:
- Facilitate IT skills training and consult on the latest software.
- Organize activities for skill development.
- Collaborate with the IT Curriculum team on documentation and reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible and a fast learner.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
